1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bets88 ("bets88," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bets88 website located at https://bets88.one and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on bets88, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. • You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bets88, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the bets88 Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

3. Account Registration

Each eligible person may register only one (1) account on the bets88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your bets88 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bets88 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bets88 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit card.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction, subject to applicable payment method minimums.
• Withdrawal processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 60 seconds. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• KYC requirement: Identity verification (KYC) is required before processing withdrawals above applicable thresholds, in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• Prohibited funding sources: Credit card gambling deposits and cryptocurrency transactions of any kind are strictly prohibited on the bets88 Platform.

bets88 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, AML checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. All transactions are subject to bets88's AML and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bets88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

6. Game Rules & Fairness

By participating in any game on bets88, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by certified RNG systems and is not influenced by bets88 or any third party.

8. Responsible Gaming

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bets88 Platform without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bets88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if bets88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bets88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bets88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bets88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninter rupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.

11. Privacy & Data

bets88 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments

bets88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.

For gaming-related disputes, players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.
